Frederick G. Rieter

Fred G. Rieter of Cedarburg died peacefully at home on January 22, 2005 age 88 years. Fred was born in Milwaukee on November 1, 1916 to the late Gustav & Dora nee Bremer Rieter and married Lenore Marron on August 31, 1940 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Grafton. He is survived by his wife of 64 years Lenore of Cedarburg; children; Robert Kathleen Rieter of Athans, GA & Marilyn Tomlin of Cedarburg; grandchildren; Jeffrey Rieter of Athans, GA, Barbara Brent Johnston of Cumming, GA, William Bethel Tomlin of Neilsville, WI, Jennifer Tomlin of Milwaukee, Marcia Nathan Gurgel of Wauwatosa, great grandchildren; Caleb, Joshua & Gabrielle Tomlin of Neilsville, WI, sister-in-laws Lillian Wally Pergande of Grafton & Loraine Kohlwey of Jackson. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held on Wed. January 26, 2005, 7 PM at Faith Lutheran Church in Cedarburg. Visitation was at the church from 4 PM until time of service. Interment Immanuel Cemetery Cedarburg. Memorials to Faith Lutheran Church appreciated.
