Eugene J. Maciejewski

Eugene “Gene” J. Maciejewski of Jackson, passed away peacefully on Monday January 2, 2017 at Samaritan Home in West Bend. Gene was born in Milwaukee, WI on October 22, 1924 to the late Martin & Rose (nee Kasperski) Maciejewski and married the late Grace (nee Stern) on May 17, 1952 in Milwaukee, WI Gene was a milk truck driver for many years. After retirement Gene enjoyed part time employment at David’s Star Ev. Lutheran Church and School, and cemetery, and also Groth’s Country Gardens. He is survived by his children; Gail Maciejewski of Jackson, Gay (Daniel) Herther of West Bend, Guy Maciejewski of Jackson, & Geanine Maciejewski of Jackson, grandchildren; Brittany Herther, Allyson Herther and Emily Weston, great grandchildren; Mackenzie Herther and AdaLynn Propson. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday January 5, 6:30 PM at David’s Star Ev. Lutheran Church 2740 David’s Star Dr. Jackson. Interment church cemetery. Visitation will be at the church on Thursday from 4 – 6:15 PM. Memorials to David’s Star or Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School appreciated.
