Elva M. Keup

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2008 - 2:00 PM at Immanuel Lutheran Church Cedarburg, for Elva M. Keup, 95, of Cedarburg who died on November 28, 2008. Visitation will be held at the church on Weds. from 1:00 PM until time of service with burial at Zur Ruhe Cemetery immediately following. Memorials to Immanuel Lutheran Church appreciated. Mueller Funeral Home of Cedarburg is assisting the family. Elva was born in Cedarburg, WI on October 1, 1913 the daughter of the late Henry and Wilhelmina (nee Beckmann) Keup. She worked on the family farm all her life, and was known for her fancy work and baking. Elva was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Cedarburg. Elva is survived by nieces and nephews: Vernon (Georgia) Kohlwey, Helen (the late Howard) Hensel, Karen (Victor) Seefeldt and Allen Keup; great nieces and nephews: Heidi (Daniel) Senger, Peter (Sharon) Hensel, Katie (Andrew) Strike and Laura (Jamie) De Groot; great great nieces and nephews: Hayley (Christopher) Steckel, Lucas (Samantha) Senger, Nicholas (Katie) Senger, Julie (Jeff) Woodrow and Erin (Cory) Chisel; great great great nieces and nephews: Brianne Steckel, Bennett Steckel, Ella Senger, Ava Senger and Jadyn Senger. Elva was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Edwin and Walter; sister Hertha and twin sister Althea.
