Ellwood Nehrbass

Ellwood William “Nerby” Nehrbass of Grafton took the Lord’s hand early on Thursday morning July 26, 2007 at the age of 90 yrs. Ellwood was born in Athens, WI on December 28, 1916 to the late John & Elsie nee Degner Nehrbass and married the late Emily nee Klann on January 3, 1948 in Waukegan, IL. Nerby worked for Ross Wells Inc. in Mequon for 25 years and help the Lloyal Wells family maintain their property since 1981. He loved his grandchildren and going to all their sports functions. He is survived by his daughters Sue Rod Wilterdink of Grafton and Sharon Bill Lemerand of Fort Atkinson. Grandchildren; Scott Wilterdink of Grafton, Randy Melissa Wilterdink of Cedarburg, Greg Susie Hoppe Wilterdink of Grafton, Cory Klecker of Jefferson, Tim Jennie Seeliger Klecker of Cross Plains, Jennifer Darrell Dunnington of Jefferson and Eddie Lemerand of Fort Atkinson. Great grandchildren Talon Garrrett & Sutton Ellwood Wilterdink. He is further survived by one sister Laura Bolka of Milwaukee, 3 sisters-in-law Cindy Nehrbass of Wausau, Esther Nehrbass of Athens and Lillian Malheim of Sundance, WY. He will be missed by his “buddy” Sandy Custer and many nieces, nehews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Sunday July 29, 2 PM at Grace Lutheran Church 715 6th Ave Grafton. Interment Immanuel Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday at the church from 12 Noon until time of service. In lieu of flowers memorials of your choice appreciated.
