Elizabeth A. Muehleisen

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, July 18, 2008 1:30PM at Advent Lutheran Church (W63 N642 Washington Ave.), Cedarburg for Elizabeth A. Muehleisen (nee Bunell) 90, of Grafton who passed away at home on  July 13, 2008.  Visitation will be at the church Fri from 1:00PM until time of service.  Inurnment Zur Ruhe Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorials to Advent Lutheran Church or American Cancer Society appreciated.    Elizabeth was born on November 18, 1917, in Richland Center, WI to the late Charles and Ottillie (nee Stroshin) Bunell.  She married Harry Muehleisen in Milwaukee on December 12, 1939.   Elizabeth was a resident of Cedarburg since 1941, and she had been a member of Advent Lutheran Church for 60 years.  Elizabeth retired from Blue Cross/Blue Shield after working for many years as a medical underwriter.  She loved her family and also enjoyed cooking, music and reading.   Elizabeth is survived by her daughter, Mary (Bruce) Hemminger; grandsons Scott and Mark Hemminger; sister June Price; devoted friend Cindy Krause; other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Harry and sisters Carolyn Rankin and Dolores Aldrich. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials to Advent Lutheran Church or American Cancer Society appreciated.
