Eileen K. Nimtz Nee Franken

A funeral service will be held Saturday, July 2nd, 2011, at 12:00 pm at Mueller Funeral Home in Grafton for Eileen K. Nimtz (nee Franken) who died on June 25th, 2011, at the age of 56. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10:00 am until time of service. Pastor Chris Navurskis of St. Paul Church in Grafton will officiate the service. Memorials to the Alzheimer's Association are appreciated. Mueller Funeral Home & Crematory of Cedarburg is assisting the family. Eileen was born in Chicago, IL on May 13th, 1955, daughter of the late Russelland Elaine (nee Hoecksema)Franken. Eileen married Steve Pabstwho she had two daugthers with. She later married Patrick Nimtz. Eileen graduated Summa Cum Laude from Concordia University in December 1997 with a Bachelors in Liberal Arts while working full time and taking care of her family. She loved gardening, cooking, and spending time on Lake Puckaway in Marquette, WI. Her hobbies included stained glass, baking, finding new recipes, readingStephen King novelsand decorating for the holidays. Eileen is survived by her children Stacy Pabst (Rob Johnson) of New Berlinand Kelly Pabst of Grafton; and friends Patrick Nimtz andSteve Pabst. She is further survived by other relatives and friends. Shewas preceded in death by her parents and hergrandparents, Edwardand Lillian Hoeksema. Memorials: Memorials to the Alzheimers Association appreciated.
