Dorothy A. Pfeiffer

Dorothy Pfeiffer, 79, passed away peacefully on March 24, 2013. Preceded in death by her husband, Alvin. Dorothy is survived by her six children: Mark (Jolinda) Pfeiffer; Lee Pfeiffer, Michael (Chrissy) Pfeiffer; Suzanne (Mark) Kohlenberg, Candace (Jeffrey) Kearl; Cheryl (Scott) Peterson. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, nephews and a niece. The family would like to especially thank John & Kathie Mitich (nephew and wife) for their caring support through the years. In addition, the family would like to thank Dr. Kevin Goniu, the staff of Lasata Care Center and Heartland Hospice for their dedication and caring to make Dorothy’s last months as restful as possible. Dorothy will be truly missed for her warm smile and kindness. She loved her church involvement, sewing, quilting, painting and making her house a welcoming home for all. A Memorial Service will be held at Pilgrim United Church of Christ, 1621 2nd Avenue, Grafton, WI on Saturday, April 13th at 2:00pm. Memorial Gathering at church on Saturday from 1:00pm until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Pilgrim United Church of Christ.
