Dennis E. Blanke

Dennis E. Blanke Of Grafton, passed away at West Allis Memorial Hospital on Sunday, November 17, 2019 age 82 years. Dennis was born on December 15, 1936 the son of the late Frederick F. and Anita (Nee Marold) Blanke. Dennis was united in marriage to the late Judith “Judy” (Nee Boughner) on September 21, 1962 in Milwaukee, WI. Dennis Served in the United State Army from March of 1959 to March of 1961. Dennis was a member of the Rose Harms American Legion Post 355 in Grafton and was able to attend the Veteran Honor Flight this year through Snap-on Tool. Dennis was an avid bowler, enjoyed golfing, fishing and playing cards. Dennis is survived by his children: Bryan (Susan) Blanke and Carolyn Haessler; Grandchildren: Brandon Blanke, Kasey Haessler, Zachary Haessler, Step Grandchildren: Ryan Laubusch and Adam (Ali) Laubusch; great granddaughter Emerson Blanke and step great grandson Cooper Laubusch. Dennis is further survived by his sister Lois Perko, sister-in-law Betty Blanke and his loving companion Virginia Bahringer, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Military services will be held at Mueller Funeral Home & Crematory 979 N. Green Bay Rd. Grafton on Thursday, November 21, 2019 – 6:30 PM. Entombment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4:30 PM – 6:15 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Rose Harms American Legion Post 355 Grafton.
