Bud Post

Fredrick W. Post “Budd” Passed away unexpectedly on Sunday July 31st at the age of 73. Budd was born on September 11, 1942 in Milwaukee, WI and adopted by the late Lilian and Judd Post of Mequon/Cedarburg. Budd is survived by his sister Cathy Hagemeyer (nee Post) and nephew Steve Post of Portage, WI and niece Jean Udvare-Crawford of Arkansas. Budd is further survived by many Family and Friends. Budd had many passions and was involved in quite a few organization, some of the most recent would include: Events at the Ozaukee Co. Fair, Tri-Co Pork Producers, N.T.P.A and W.T.P.A as well as the Wisconsin Pork Association. He had many other involvements in and around the community. Budd was and will be remembered as a great mentor to many generations and a man that was always on the go and willing to lend a hand where needed. Arrangements for a memorial celebration are pending at this time. A gathering in his honor will be held this October. In lieu of flowers, a memorial account in the name “Benefit of Budd Post” has been set up at the Port Washington State Bank. A Celebration of Bud's Life will be held on October 8, 2016 starting at 4:00 PM at Cedarburg's Fireman's Park - in the grandstand area.
