Beverly J. Kannenberg

Beverly J. Kannenberg Funeral Services will be held Wednesday February 3, 2010 7:00pm at Davids Star Ev. Lutheran Church (2750 Davids Star Road, Jackson) for Beverly J. Kannenberg, 68 of Jackson, who died peacefully at Kathys Hospice on January 31, 2010. Visitation will be held at church on Wednesday from 4:00pm until the time of service. Interment will be held at the church cemetery. Memorials to the Davids Star Building Fund or the charity of your choice appreciated. Beverly was born in Milwaukee, WI on January 21, 1942 the daughter of the late Norman and Lydia (nee Hilgendorf) Schulz. Beverly was united in marriage on October 7, 1961 to Eugene H. Kannenberg. They were blessed with two sons. Beverly was a bank teller for M & I Bank in Jackson for 20 years and then for a total of 28 years with the Town of Jackson she was a secretary and became Town Clerk. She was an excellent cook and loved to bake. Beverly enjoyed shopping but her favorite time was spent spoiling her grandchildren. Everyone always saw a smile on Beverlys face because she was always happy. Beverly is survived by her husband Eugene, children; Michael and Marc (Lisa) Kannenberg, grandchildren; Justin, Owen, Gavin and Grace, sister; Virginia (the late John) Boehlke, sisters-in-law; Victoria (Rev. Eugene) Ahlswede, Arlene (Fred) Boehlke and Lois (Earl) Zastrow. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Beverly is preceded in death by her brother Harold Schulz.
