Beth S. Marquardt

Beth S. Marquardt, age 92 of Mequon, formerly of Port Washington, passed away Sunday morning September 8, 2019 at her home. Born January 8, 1927, in Medford, WI to Henry and Anna (Zubichs) Horn. On March 8, 1947 she was united in marriage to Otis E. “Otie” Marquardt, Jr. at Ebenezer Lutheran Church, in Sheboygan. She worked for many years as an Optician. She was an avid golfer, enjoyed sewing and was a member of the Mequon Dance Club. Beth is survived by her husband of 72 years, Otis; her children, Susan J. (Bill) Gagainis, Sandra L. (Dennis) Wycklendt, & Michael J. (Elisabeth) Marquardt; 2 grandchildren, Jason and Nathan Wycklendt; 5 great grandchildren, Zakery, Zaden, George, Emersun & Charles Wycklendt; 2 sisters, Ruth (Jim) Behrens of Sheboygan & Hilda Entringer of San Antonio, TX; she is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held at 5:30 P.M. Monday, September 23, 2019 at First Immanuel Lutheran Church, W67 N622 Evergreen Blvd., Cedarburg. Relatives and friends are welcome at the church from 3:30 until the time of the service. Memorials to First Immanuel Lutheran Church would be appreciated.
