A funeral service will be held on Friday October 26, 2007 2:00 Pm at Davids Star Ev. Lutheran Church, Jackson for Beatrice L. Bublitz (nee Matter), 79, of Jackson who died on October 22, 2007 at Columbia St. Marys Ozaukee Campus. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at Mueller Funeral Home Cedarburg today Thursday October 25, 3:00 PM 7:00 PM and also at the church on Friday from 1:00 PM until time of service. Memorials of your choice appreciated. Beatrice was born on October 28, 1927 in Jackson, WI the daughter of the late Frank & Minna (nee Kannenberg) Matter. Beatrice was united in marriage on May 22, 1948 to the late Victor Bublitz. Beatrice was a member of the Davids Star Ladies Aid and the Jackson Seniors. Her favorite pastimes were playing cards, quilting, reading and most importantly her grandchildren. Beatrice is survived by her children: Robert (Linda) Bublitz, Kenneth (Shirley) Bublitz and Sandy (Glenn) Thurs; grandchildren Jason (Kelly) Bublitz, Missy Bublitz, Mike Bublitz, Laurie (Rob) Lewis, Carrie (Mike) Baumann, Jody (Ryan) Kelley; Jenny and Sarah Thurs. Loving Oma of Jacob, Jonathan and Joseph Baumann; Emily and Andrew Lewis. Sister of Evelyn (Vernon) Guhl, Earl (Joan) Matter and Jerome (Donna) Matter. Preceded in death by 1 grandson Jeff, 3 brothers Elroy, Roman and Merl. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Memorials: Memorials of your choice appreciated.
