Barbara Jean Baehring

Barbara Jean Baehring (nee Struck) passed away peacefully on Monday, September 16, 2024 at Lasata Care Center in Cedarburg, WI at the age of 87. Barbara was born on September 13, 1937 in Milwaukee to her parents Walter and Esther Struck. She graduated from Washington High School in Milwaukee in 1955. Barbara adored all dogs and they naturally gravitated towards her. She also had a passion for painting, sewing, basket weaving and other crafts. She even worked at the craft store, Tesseract, as a manager.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Wally and Ralph Struck. She is survived by her four children: Steve (Shari) Baehring, Sue Nordyke, Laurie Kirn and Michael (Sheri) Baehring; along with her grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

The family would like to thank Lasata Care Center and Horizon Hospice staff who provided phenomenal ongoing care and support to Barbara.

A memorial service will be held at Mueller Funeral Home & Crematory W63N527 Hanover Ave. Cedarburg on Saturday, September 28, 2024 – 12:00 PM. Visitation will be held on Saturday, from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
