Barbara Fox Duffy It is with great sadness that the family of Barbara Fox Duffy announces her passing after a brief illness on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at the age of 82 years. Barbara will be lovingly remembered by her husband and best friend of 60 years, John and her Children, Diane (Howard) Nemeroff, and Jennifer Stapke. Barbara, will also be fondly remembered and missed by her grandchildren, Julia (Chandler) Lyles, Christina Stapke, John Stapke, and Lauren Nemeroff, and by her great grandchild Charlotte Reese Lyles with whom she created and shared many adventurous travel experiences. Barbara was a native of New York, New York, and graduated from the University of New Hampshire where she met John in 1956. Barbara, John and their kids lived the Air Force life for the next 20 years in multiple places, after which they settled in Cedarburg, WI in 1974, where they’ve enjoyed life ever since. Barbara was an avid gardener, world traveler, and always present for the important events in the lives of her grandchildren in Kentucky and California. A celebration of Barbara’s life will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the Mueller Funeral Home, W63 N527 Hanover Ave, Cedarburg, 53012. Interment will follow in the family plot at Immanuel Cemetery in Cedarburg. Memorials to the charity of your choice are appreciated.
