Barbara Ann Kelley

Barbara Ann Kelley (nee Karlen) of Grafton, passed away peacefully, Friday, March 2, 2018, at The Kathy Hospice in West Bend, after a short illness. Barbara married David G. Kelley on January 27, 1962. He predeceased her in 1985. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, traveling and all sports. She was an active member of the Wisconsin Go Hiking Club for many years. Barbara is survived by her children, Michael (Lesleigh) Kelley of Los Angeles, CA, Mary (Dan) Story of Fitchburg, Anne (Paul) Berndt of Germantown, Christopher (Robyn) Kelley of Brookfield, and Patrick Kelley of Grafton; grandchildren, Shauna Schultz of Fredonia and Andrew Berndt of Germantown; and sister, Madelyn Glaeden of Janesville. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Royal W. Karlen, Sr. and Emma Elizabeth Rowan; husband, David; and other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2018, 11:00 AM, at St. Boniface Catholic Church (W204 N11968 Goldendale Rd.), Germantown. Interment was held at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, in Grafton. A visitation will be held at the church on Saturday, from 10:00 AM until 10:45 AM. Memorials may be made to The Kathy Hospice (3232 Pleasant Valley Rd.), West Bend, or the Washington County Humane Society (3650 State Rd. 60), Slinger, are appreciated.
