Dear step-father of Harold (Nancy) Block, Louise (Paul) Schreiber, and Richard (Mary) Block. Fond brother of Rudy (Margaret) Spiess, Walter (Shirley) Spiess, Irma Pitlik, and Doris (Steve) Silber. Further survived by many other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his first wife, Viola Spiess, daughter, Laura Spiess, and brothers, Charlie and Herman Spiess. Funeral Service Saturday, August 15, 2009 12 Noon at Calvary Ev. Lutheran Church (110 Division St.), Thiensville. Entombment Wisconsin Memorial Park. In state Saturday, at the church, 10AM until time of service. Arthur was a former member of Salem Lutheran Church for many years. Memorials: Memorials to Calvary Ev.
