Anita A. Kringel

Anita A. Kringel (nee Wolfgram) of Grafton, died peacefully at Horizon Hospice in Mequon on April 8, 2013 at the age of 82. Anita was born in the Town of Jackson on March 19, 1931 the daughter of the late Arnold and Meta (Nee Brandt) Wolfgram. On June 9, 1951 at Trinity Lutheran Church on Pleasant Valley Rd. Jackson, Anita was united in marriage to the late Gerhard Kringel. Anita worked in the shipping/receiving department at Sprague Electric. Anita was an active member and enjoyed volunteering at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Grafton. Anita also enjoyed volunteering at the Grafton voting polls. Anita’s favorite hobbies included gardening, reading, playing cards, traveling around the United States and especially spending time with her family. Anita is survived by her daughters: Sandra (Donald) Steinman of Rib Lake, WI; Connie (Dennis) Eernisse of Cedarburg and Vicki Kringel of Grafton; Grandchildren: Jeremy (Karin) Steinman of Dorchester, WI; Terry (Lori) Steinman of Stetsonville, WI; Timothy (Hollie) Steinman of Medford, WI; Kimberly (friend Jason) Steinman of Medford, WI & Ross Eernisse of Cedarburg; Great Grandchildren: Micayla, Madison, Grady, Landon, Wyatt, Olivia, Julia, Sophia, Ruthie, Adler; Sister: Mildred Kringel of Cedarburg; brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws: Donald (Anita) Franzen of Grafton, Franklin (Nancy) Kringel of West Bend, Carol Kringel of Port Washington, and Arno Jobs of Saukville. Anita was preceded in death by her sister Irene Behm; brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws: Melvin Behm, Edgar (Hertha) Kasten, Norma Butt, Ruben Kringel, Marvin (Mildred) Peters, Elvin (Loraine) Butt, Marvin Kringel and Edna Jobs. A funeral Service will be held on Sunday, April 14, 3:00 PM at St. Paul Lutheran Church 701 Washington St. Grafton. Interment Church Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church on Sunday from 1:30 PM – 2:45 PM. Rev. Kenton Wendorf officiating. Memorials to St. Paul Lutheran Church & School appreciated.
