Allen O. Haas

Allen O. Haas of Grafton, WI passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at Stone Haven of Grafton on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at the age of 78. Allen was born in Mequon, WI on February 21, 1937 the son of the late Raymond and Florence (nee Borchardt) Haas. Allen was united in marriage to Elaine (Nee Zimdars) on June 12, 1965 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Cedarburg. Allen served on the church council at Immanuel Lutheran for many years; he was a former Decker’s Corner’s 4-H Softball Coach, was an active participant in the St. Paul Lutheran Dart Ball and Immanuel Lutheran Dart Ball Teams, enjoyed the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, Wisconsin Badgers, nascar, wrestling, bowling, cigars, polka music, visiting the north woods, going to church and watching his sons play baseball. Allen is survived by his wife Elaine; Sons: Mark Haas and Dean (Nichole) Haas; grandchildren: Colton and Adalyn; siblings: Glenn Haas, Ronald Haas, Howard (Diane) Haas, Richard (Cheryl) Haas; sister-in-laws: Jean Haas and Sharon Haas; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Allen was preceded in death by his sister LaVerne (Alex) Kassens; and brothers: Robert Haas and Harold Haas. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 – 6:00 PM at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Cedarburg. Interment will be in Immanuel Cemetery.
