Alice E. Bublitz

Alice E. Bublitz of Cedar Community of West Bend formerly of Fredonia passed away peacefully on Monday March 10, 2008 at the age of 95 years. Alice was born in Milwaukee, WI on April 27, 1912 to the late Charles & Emma (nee Kressin) Klug and married the late Arthur Bublitz on August 3, 1935 at Emmaus Lutheran Church in Milwaukee. Alice was a past Zone President of LWML, past President, Secretary & Treasurer of St. Johns LWML, past President of Ozaukee Co. Homemakers Club, and was a leader in 4-H sewing and home furnishings. She is survived by her children; Marlene (William) Barber of Fredonia, Sharon (Earl) Constien of Sheboygan and Thomas (Janice) Bublitz of Fredonia, grandchildren; Jeffrey Barber of West Allis, Beth (Dr. Kim) Hansen, Bonnie (Dean) Brookins of Fredonia, David (Cindy) Barber of Fredonia, Amy (John) Jones of Rio, WI, Timothy (Deb) Constien of Sun Prairie, Daniel (Karen Russell) Constien of Madison, Melissa (Mark) Veenendaal of Wauwatosa, and Ryan (Jessica) Bublitz of Fredonia. She is further survived by 13 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday March 13, 6:30 PM at St. Johns Lutheran Church 824 Fredonia Ave. Fredonia. Visitation will be at the church on Thursday from 4 PM until time of service. Interment will be held on Friday at Immanuel Cemetery in Cedarburg. In lieu of flowers memorials to St. Johns Lutheran Church or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
