Viola Olga Klug

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2005 10:00 AM at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, Freistadt for Viola Olga Ottilia Klug, nee Schreiber, 87, lifelong resident of Mequon, born to eternal life on Saturday June 4, 2005. Visitation will be at MUELLER FUNERAL HOME W63 N527 Hanover Ave. Cedarburg, Friday June 10, 4 – 8 PM and at the church on Saturday June 11 from 9 – 10 AM. Burial will be in the church cemetery immediately following the service. Memorials to Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, Freistadt or Zion Ev. Lutheran Church, Wausau would be appreciated. Online condolences may be sent by visiting www.muellerfuneralhome.com Viola Olga Ottilia Klug, known to many as “Ollie” was born in Mequon on April 19, 1918 to the late Edward and Hulda Nee Groth Schreiber. She married the late Edwin Klug on August 17, 1940. Viola was a lifelong member of Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, Trinity Ladies Aid and Jolly 21. She enjoyed quilting and a great knowledge of family history. Viola is survived by four children: Elroy Jean Klug, Ellen Edward Stocks, Ervin Klug, and Eileen Stan Presley; six grandchildren: Lisa Klug, Chris Klug, David Stocks, Heidi Knueppel, Erin Presley and Leigh Presley; four great grandchildren: Alex, Anna and Abigail Knueppel and Katilin Stocks; sisters-in-law: Rose Schreiber, Elvira Buch, Norma Schoessow, Lorraine Earl Boehlke, Marion Frenz; Brother-in-law Franklin Evelyn Klug. Viola was preceded in death by her husband Edwin and grandson Joey Presley.
