Vickie L. Brown

Brown, Vickie L. (nee Buelow-Borchardt) of Grafton, Dec. 7, 2017 age 55 yrs. Loving wife of Michael. Loving mother of Tiffanie (Jason) Haglund and Travis Borchardt. Proud Grandma Vickie of Bella and Hayden Haglund. Dear daughter of Deanna (the late Albert) Buelow. Dear sister of Greg (Petra) and Kevin (Gail). Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Vickie was born on December 1st, 1962 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Albert and Deanna Buelow. She lived in Milwaukee until 1971, when her family moved to Grafton. Her parents owned the Bridge Inn where she met her first husband Robert Borchardt. Robert and Vickie were then married in 1983 and welcomed their first child, Tiffanie born in 1984 and second child, Travis born in 1986. Vickie was proceeded by the death of her husband Robert Borchadt in 2000. In 2004, Vickie met her second husband Michael Brown through his sister and married in 2007. After graduating from Grafton High School she continued her schooling for two years and became employed at Exacto Springs. Vickie was a member of the American Legion Rose-Harms Auxiliary. She enjoyed many activities such as playing softball, bowling, golfing, riding her motorcycle with her husband Mike, traveling and being up north by her mother Deanna. Vickie loved to cook and was known for her extensive spreads for her work functions and family gatherings. Vickie was a very strong woman and loved everyone around her, she had many close friends she considered family. She will be dearly missed by all. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2017 – 2:00 PM at Mueller Funeral Home in… Grafton. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sat. from 11:00 AM – 1:45 PM.
