Ruth M. Mack

Ruth Mack, of Grafton, passed away on December 25, 2017, at the age of 86 years. Ruth was born on June 22, 1931, in Milwaukee, the daughter of the late Frank and the late Helen (nee Schnell) Szablewski. She met the love of her life Richard, at the Rendezvous Ballroom, in Milwaukee. Later they had their wedding reception there, after getting married at Trinity Lutheran Church, in Milwaukee, on October 21, 1950. They were blessed with a son, Kenneth. Ruth is survived by her husband, Richard Mack, son, Kenneth (Jean) Mack, and sisters-in-law, Phyllis Mack and Phyllis Swanstrom. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Ruth was preceded in death by her brother, Harvey Szablewski, and brothers-in-law, Roger Swanstrom and Keith Mack. Ruth was a sweetheart, who throughout her life loved to dance, mostly to polka music. She also had a great love for dogs. Richard and she would walk around the neighborhood. Ruth had her big bag of treats, and would stop by every dog to make sure they got one.
