Ruth M. Davidson Ruth Davidson, of Cedarburg, WI, formerly of Fond du Lac, WI, passed away at Milan Estates, on April 3, 2015, at the age of 83 years. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at the Cedarburg Mueller Funeral Home & Crematory from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. A Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, April 9, 2015, 12 Noon, with a visitation prior from 11 AM until the time of service, at Trinity Lutheran Church (N60 W6047 Columbia Rd.), Cedarburg, with Rev. Brent Halverson presiding. Ruth will be laid to rest on Friday, April 10, 2015, 11:05AM at Fort Snelling Veterans Cemetery, in Minneapolis, MN. Ruth was born on April 13, 1931, in St. Paul, MN, the daughter of the late Ephraim Zacher and the late Mabelle (nee Skjepstad) Zacher. She was united in marriage to Rev. Glenn Davidson, on December 28, 1958, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, in Minneapolis, MN. Their marriage was blessed with two children, Nathan and Amy. Ruth enjoyed traveling with her late husband, Glenn to the West Coast, Florida, and New Mexico. She had a great love for the outdoors and she enjoyed camping with her family. Ruth was a very giving person and she loved to take care of others. She was the sole caretaker for her husband, Glenn, prior to his passing in 2004. Ruth lived for her family and she especially enjoyed spending time with her 6 grandchildren. Ruth is survived by her children, Nathan (Kirsten) Davidson and Amy (Tim) Koppa; grandchildren, Mackenzie, Zachary, Annika, and Samuel Davidson; Sami and Emma Koppa; sister, Kathleen Erickson, and brother-in-law, Rev. Eldon Person. She is further survived by many other relatives and friends. Ruth was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Rev. Glenn Davidson, sister, Elaine Person, and brother-in-law, Arland Erickson. She will be missed but never forgotten.
