Ronald R. Haas

Ronald R. Haas of Jackson, passed away on Monday, May 8, 2017 at the age of 69. He was born on August 24, 1947 to Raymond and Florence (nee Borchardt) Haas. He attended St. Paul Lutheran School, Grafton and graduated from Grafton High School in 1966. After high school he proudly served in the Army. After the army he did factory work, then became a truck driver and retired from Peters Trucking. He enjoyed going to Plymouth Dirt Track Races, playing yahtzee and reading James Patterson books and loved spending time with family and reminiscing the good old days. He also loved deer and turkey hunting and was a Packer, Badger and Brewer fan. Ron is survived by his son Jamie (April) Haas , three granddaughters; Annabella, Ashlee and Abigail of Howard Grove, brothers; Glenn of Campbellsport, Howard (Diane) of East Troy and Richard (Cheryl) of West Bend. He is further survived by several nieces and nephews, a special niece and nephew Debbie and Brad Hoffmann, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Laverne Kassens, brothers, Robert, Harold and Allen. Funeral Services will be held Monday, May 15, 2017 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 701 Washington St., Grafton at 11:00am. Visitation will be held at the church on Monday from 9:30am to 10:45am. Interment will be at Immanuel Cemetery, Cedarburg. Memorials of your choice appreciated.
