Roma C. Bublitz (Nee Klug) of Cedarburg, passed away peacefully at Lasata Care Center surrounded by her family on Saturday, June 1, 2013 at the age of 97. Roma was born in Cedarburg, WI on November 25, 1915 the daughter of the late John and Lora (Nee Taws) Klug. Roma was united in marriage to the late Rudolph “Rudy” Bublitz on September 12, 1936. Roma was a member of First Immanuel Lutheran Church and was a former member of the Ladies Aid. She enjoyed baking, sewing, doing crafts, dancing, traveling, playing cards, working on the farm and most importantly spending time with her family. Roma is survived by her children: Richard (Lois) Bublitz of Cedarburg, Phyllis (Gerald) Irwin of Grafton, Edward (Bonnie) Bublitz of Cedarburg; grandchildren: David (Kathy) Bublitz of Campbellsport, Scott Bublitz of Cedarburg, Jeffrey (Michelle) Bublitz of Cedarburg, Cheryl (Marc) Krogmann of Iron Ridge, Penny Irwin of Cedarburg, Michelle (Bruce) Zentner of Grafton, Teri (Brian) Ronan of Grafton, Donald (Jennifer) Bublitz of Cedarburg, timothy (Nicole) Bublitz of West Bend and Joel (Jenny) Bublitz of Cedarburg; Great Grandchildren: Nicole (Sam) Coneau of Washington, Andrea (Todd) Rosenstiel of Campbellsport, Dereck & Dylan Bublitz of Campbellsport, Justin & Kayla Bublitz of Cedarburg, Lucas, Thomas, Rebecca and Teresa Krogmann of Iron Ridge, Tanner, Taylor and Hunter Zentner of Grafton, Olivia and Mason Bublitz of West Bend, Ty and Ethan Bublitz of Cedarburg; one great great grandson Todd J. Rosenstiel, Jr. of Campbellsport; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 6, 2013 – 6:30 PM at First Immanuel Lutheran Church, Cedarburg. Interment Immanuel Cemetery. Visitation at the church on Thursday from 4:30 – 6:15 PM. Memorials of your choice appreciated. The family would like to give special thanks to the Nurses at Lasata Care Center and also Heartland Hospice for their loving care and support that was given to our mother.
