Roberta A. Harrings

Roberta A. Harrings (nee McDermott) passed away on July 28th 2021 at the age of 86. Roberta met her husband, Lambert on a blind date, and they both enjoyed dancing at the Eagles Club. Roberta enjoyed camping and Brandy Old Fashions. If her children where naughty, she would give them the look. She would always have a sassy comeback. Roberta liked playing cards, traveling, Broadway shows, and she loved to read, listen to the radio and talk to her neighbors. She would put together elaborate meals, and loved canning pickles and tomatoes. One time while planting in her garden, she realized she lost her wedding ring. Lambert then bought her a new wedding ring. Five years later, while planting she found her ring. Roberta also loved seeing her sisters. Roberta is survived by her baby sister, Jeanne; three daughters, Janet, Cathy, and Veronica; she is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Roberta is preceded in death by her husband, Lambert Harrings Jr., her father, Robert McDermott, and mother, Miriam Junes. Funeral Services will be held at Mueller Funeral Home (W63N527 Hanover Ave Cedarburg, WI 53012) on Tuesday, August 3rd , 2021 at 12:00PM. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in Milwaukee. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 11:00AM – 11:45AM. There will be a luncheon held at LePanto Banquet Hall (350 E. Seven Hills Rd. Port Washington, WI 53074) to follow services.
