Peter T. Alioto

Obituary of Peter T. Alioto 10/1/1950 – 3/15/2021 Peter Alioto entered into Eternal Life March 15, 2021, at the age of 70. He is preceded in death by his brothers Gaetano, Giuseppe and Santo and his sister Frances D’Alberti. He is survived by his wife Vickie Alioto and his three children Salvatore (TJ), Petrina and Joseph. Uncle to Angela (Jerry) Spencer, Josephine D’Alberti, Salvatore (Nicole) Alioto, Josephine (Mario) Orlassino, and great-uncle to 10 great-nieces and great-nephews. Peter was born in Porticello, Sicily and moved to the U.S. with his family as a child. His first job was working at Labarbera’s in Milwaukee which led him to the trade of becoming a meat cutter. He worked at several stores throughout his career, retiring from Sendik’s in Grafton. He was proud of his skills and sharing his knowledge with his customers. He was generous and hardworking, but always put family first. What he loved most was spending time with his family and showing that love by cooking for them. He had a love of the oldies, Sinatra, Aretha, Streisand, and most music from the 60’s and 70’s. We will miss him dearly. Our family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the staff of Aurora Medical Center in Grafton for their continued care of Peter and the support and kindness they showed our family during this difficult time. Due to COVID a graveside service will be held for immediate family.
