A Memorial Service will be held at 4PM on Saturday, August 21, 2010, at Mueller Funeral Home, Cedarburg, for Paul Byrne Jacobson, of Mequon, who died on August 18, 2010, at the age of 75 years. Visitation will be held at the Funeral Home from 2PM until the time of service. Memorials to the Ozaukee County 4-H Horse and Pony Project/Building and Grounds appreciated. Paul was born in Milwaukee on October, 11, 1934, to the late Byrne and the late Celia (nee Radmer) Jacobson. He graduated from Milwaukee Boys Tech in 1952. Paul took great joy in volunteering his time for the 4-H Horse and Pony Project. He was also an avid photographer and enjoyed participating at horse shows with family and friends. Paul was a proud member the Milwaukee Oil Burners Car Club along with his close friend/cousin Tom Mueller. Paul was a member of the Army 4th Artillery Division in Germany from 1957 to 1959. Paul is survived by his cherished friend Elizabeth Riley; children Tom Jacobson, Susan Wallace, Jon (Linda) Jacobson, Wendy (Greg) Kickbush, Joel (Paula) Jacobson, Mary (Josh) Skarsten, Amanda Riley, Anne Riley and Patrick Riley; sister Lois (Herman) Hansen; dear friend Mary Ellen Gray; 15 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; other relatives and friends. Paul was a great dad, he did a wonderful job. He will be missed by all. Memorials: Memorials to the Ozaukee County 4-H Horse and Pony Project/Building and Grounds appreciated.
