Norman J. Janisse

Norman J. Janisse, of Grafton, WI passed away on December 14, 2014 at Cedar Lake Home in West Bend, WI at the age of 90 years. Norman was born in Oostburg, WI on July 22, 1924 the son of the late Edward and Delia (nee Westerbeke) Janisse. Norman served in the United States Navy, and later graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison. He worked for Johnson Controls for over 40 years as an electrical engineer. Norman resided in Grafton most of his life, and was a former member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. Norman was an avid hunter. He also loved woodworking and carpentry. Norman is survived by his wife, Carolyn (nee Malone); children: Dennis (Sharon) Janisse; Crystal (Bill) Bliese, Nicole Krutke and Jae (Vince) Schwartz; grandchildren: Erick, Jeremy, Jodi, Heather, Holly, James, Jake, Shelby, and Alex; great-grandchildren: Sebastian, Brody, Eden, Skylar, Ryan, Bailey, Halie, Drake, Alex, and Andy; sister, Dorothy (Wayne) Ruesink. Norman is further survived by other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Bettie E. (nee Simons) Janisse. Private family services were held.
