Marilyn "Mickey" T. Clemins

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at 5:00pm at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1619 Washington St., Grafton for lifelong resident of Grafton, Marilyn “Mickey” T. Clemins who was Born to Eternal Life on Monday, November 5, 2018 at the age of 81 years old surrounded by her family after a brief illness. Interment will be at the church cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday at the church from 2:00pm to 4:45pm. Memorials to the Wm & Iona Hilgart Family St. Joseph’s School Endowment fund or to the family for a charity of their choice appreciated. For online condolences please visit www.muellerfuneralhome.com. Marilyn was born October 5, 1937 in Grafton, Wisconsin, the daughter of the late William and Iona (nee Graff) Hilgart. She was united in marriage to Leonard Clemins and they were blessed with 3 children. Leonard died in 1988. Mickey was an avid reader and her hobbies included crossword puzzles and playing solitaire on her laptop. She has a huge collection of old country records and loved listening to the old country artists. Mickey bowled for many years until her retirement. She would love to go visit her sister and nieces on Sanibel Island, Florida during January and February. Marilyn had many passions but nothing was better than when her grandchildren came to visit. “They would light up her face! Oh how she loved them….” Marilyn is survived by her children; Terri (Dennis) Haas, Paul (Shelly) and Pat (Yvonne) Clemins, grandchildren; Matt and Ben (Karley) Haas, PJ, Sami, Austin and Cole Clemins and Ariana Clemins, great-grandson William Haas (he called her “Gate Gamma”), brother; Jim (the late Lucy) Hilgart, brother in-law, Gene Proefrock, many nieces & nephews, other relatives and friends. Marilyn is preceded in death by her parents, husband; Leonard and siblings; the late William (the late Dolores) Hilgart, the late Valeria Hilgart, the late Marvelle (the late Robert) Eernisse, the late Marceline (the late LeRoy) Paulin, the late Beatrice (the late Al) Blank, the late Beverly Proefrock, the late Francis (the late Dorothy) and the late Robert Hilgart.
