Lisa Tillmann

Lisa Tillmann Of Grafton died unexpectedly of a heart attack while vacationing in Lake Tomahawk, WI on August 31, 2014 at the age of 54. Lisa was born in Madison, WI on May 12, 1960 the daughter of Theodore and Nancy (Nee Blust) von Alten. Lisa worked as a medical technologist at the clinic in Hubertus. Lisa was united in marriage to John Tillmann on June 20, 1981 at Grace Lutheran Church in Grafton. Lisa had a wonderful smile and enjoyed helping everyone and anyone whenever she could. She also enjoyed playing with her dog Shadow, gardening, but most importantly spending time with family, friends and her granddaughter Eloise. Lisa is survived by her husband John; children: Jessica (Jacob) Peters, Andrew and James; granddaughter Eloise Peters; parents Ted and Nancy von Alten; siblings: twin sister Kathy (Tom) Bartlein, Vicki ( Dennis) Schronce and Robert (Lori) von Alten; brother-in-law Robert (Cindy) Tillmann and sister-in-law Donna Tillmann. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Lisa was preceded in death by her son, David & brother-in-law Steve Tillmann. A memorial service will be held on Friday, Sept. 5, 7:00 PM at Grace Lutheran Church 715 6th Ave. Grafton. Family will receive friends at the church Friday from 3:00 PM – 6:45 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Ozaukee Humane Society, American Cancer Society or the Charity of your choice appreciated.
