Judy A. Chmielewski

Judith Ann Chmielewski, née Larson , of Cedarburg passed away peacefully on Friday December 14, 2018 at the age of 78 years. Judy was born to the late Celia Larson, née Palzkill, and Lincoln Matthew Larson in Madison, WI, on April 7, 1940, and married Chimmy on June 25, 1966 in Madison, WI. Judy is survived by her loving husband Chimmy, daughters; Carrie Sutherland of Wauwatosa, & Nelle (Matt) Steele of Seattle, WA, sister; Louise Mitby of Brookfield, WI, grandchildren; Charles Birts, Ty Sutherland, Louie & Pearl Steele. Further survived by other relatives and friends. From a young age, it was clear Judy was a maverick with a free spirit. From teaching her sister how to shoot out the chicken coop windows on the family farm, to zip-lining over the Zambezi River in Zimbabwe, to asking for a ball gown when she got to hospice care because she was certain there would be a party awaiting her, Judy loved to live life to the fullest. She was loved by everyone who knew her. Memorial services will be held on Friday December 21, 5 PM at Mueller Funeral Home W63 N527 Hanover Ave Cedarburg. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday from 2 – 4:45 PM.
