John A. Zarling

Funeral Services for John A. Zarling Sr. of Cedarburg who passed away on July 5, 2019 at the age of 86, will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2019 – 6:00 PM at Faith Lutheran Church in Cedarburg. Visitation will be held at the church on Thursday from 4:00 PM – 5:45 PM. Interment will be at Immanuel Cemetery. Rev. John Norquist officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial to John’s Great Grandchildren’s Education Fund would be appreciated. John was born on the family farm in Cedarburg, WI on January 30, 1933 the son of the late Arnold and Frieda (nee Tetzlaff) Zarling. John worked on the family dairy farm his entire life and was a lifelong member of Faith Lutheran Church in Cedarburg. He enjoyed cheering for the Green Bay Packers, solving jigsaw puzzles and reading, but most importantly he loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. John is survived by his children: Judith Zarling, John (Nichole) Zarling and Jennifer Ceasar; 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; his sister Ruth Friede, other relatives and many friends. John was preceded in death by his daughter Joanne Manke.
