Fischer, Evelyn T. (Nee Hodkiewicz) of Franklin formerly of Mequon, January 11, 2016, age 98. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Matyasz and the late Jack Fischer. Dear sister of Aurelia Turcotte, Emily Sperk, Virginia Krysiak and Barbara (Jim) Banaszynski. Dear sister-in-law of Alice Matyasz, Mary Hodkiewicz and Carol Hodkiewicz. Stepmother to Eldeen (James) Carpenter and Jeanne (Jim) Purdy. Further survived by many nieces, nephews, step-grand and great-grand children, many relatives and friends. Preceded in death by 6 brothers, 3 sisters, 9 in-laws and other loved ones. The family sincerely thanks the entire staff at Clifden Court, Evie’s home, for their care and support. Kindest thanks to Hometown Hospice for end-of-life care. Mass of Christian Burial Monday, January 18, 2016 – 11:00 AM at St. Francis Borgia North Catholic Church 1375 Covered Bridge Rd. Cedarburg.
