Elvira E. Timm

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, 10729 W. Freistadt Road in Mequon at 11:30am for Elvira E. Timm who died on Thursday, November 24, 2016 at the age of 92 years from natural causes. Rev. Josh Rusert will be the officiant. Interment at the church cemetery following the service. Visitation will be held at the church on Wednesday from 10:30 to 11:15am. Memorials to Trinity Lutheran Church, Freistadt or the American Cancer Society appreciated. Elvira’s family would to send special thanks to the Harbor Club and Vitas Hospice Staff as well as Dr. Mark Bostwick for their loving care of their mom. Elvira was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on March 18, 1924, the daughter of the late John and Mary (nee Fill) Raduka. Elvira was united in marriage to her sweetheart, Howard and they were blessed with 2 sons. Howard preceded her in death on March 24, 2015. She enjoyed many things like cooking, crocheting and was a great seamstress. Elvira worked as a Stenographer at Clement Zablocki Center for over 10 years. She loved reading books, the National Geographic and the Readers Digest in her spare time. Elvira and Howard loved to fish and there was the time in Canada where she caught a 45 inch, northern which is mounted on her son’s wall. Elvira is survived by her sons; Allen (Rita) and Dale (Cathy) Timm, grandchildren; Brian (Amy), Kevin (Kim), Todd (Lana) and Erin (Jason) Raasch, great-grandchildren; Brennan, Lauren, Jack, Ava, Leia, Ethan, Parker and Emma Timm, brother; John Raduka “Junior”, brother-in-law; John Hacker, other relatives and friends. Elvira is preceded in death byher husband, Howard, great-grandchild; baby David Timm, parents, sisters; Barb Hacker and Marion (the late Earl) Schluet.
