Elizabeth A. Bradburn, lifelong resident of Cedarburg, WI, entered into Eternal Life with Our Lord on April 24, 2013 after a prolonged illness. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Charles T. Bradburn and James A. Bradburn, her sister-in-law, Patricia G. Bradburn, plus her many friends and coworkers. Left to mourn her passing are nieces: Mary Pat Burkel, Ellen (John) Frisch, Ann (John) Bradburn-Oates, and nephews: Charles L. (Patricia) Bradburn, and Mark (Kim) Bradburn. She will be missed by her 11 great nephews and nieces: John (Kristin) Frisch, David Frisch, Charles J. (Marian) Bradburn, Margaret Frisch, Mark J. Bradburn (fiance Lindsay), Michael T. (Gretchen) Bradburn, Benjamin Burkel, Chris (Tracy) Bradburn, Andrew Bradburn, Katherine (Carl) Hoffhines, and Daniel Oates as well as the fourth generation of great-great nieces and nephews: Kyle, Anna, Ella, Molly, Christopher, and Lucia. After graduating from Cedarburg High School, Elizabeth attended Rosary College and graduated from Marquette University. She spent her career as Director of Planning for the Boston Store where she focused her talents on store remodeling and department renovations. Her family remembers with smiles the many wonderful holiday celebrations at her home. Elizabeth was especially fond of July 4 and Christmas. Some of the highlights of these celebrations included Russian fluff, homemade tomato juice, brats on the grill, fossilized chocolate Easter eggs, the personalized Christmas gift cards, and the penny and sock fairy. Whether you knew her as Sister, Beth, Aunt Beth, Elizabeth, Liz, or Lizzy B, her personality endeared her to many. The family wishes to thank the entire Lasata Care Center staff for their years of kindness and compassion extended to Elizabeth. Visitation will be held at St. Francis Borgia North Church, 1375 Covered Bridge Rd. Cedarburg, WI on Monday, April 29, 2013 at 11:00 am. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12:00. Private burial service will be at Zur Ruhe Cemetery in Cedarburg.
