Deborah J. Heffner

Deborah J. Heffner (nee Lassen) of Grafton, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Lawliss Family Hospice of Mequon on September 11, 2014 at the age of 63. Deborah was born in Wauwatosa, WI on April 16, 1951. She was united in marriage to Marc Heffner on August 4, 1969 in Pensacola, FL. Deborah worked as waitress for many years at the Grafton Hotel and after it’s closing worked at the Port Washington Hotel. Deborah enjoyed helping and supporting at her daughter’s pet grooming shop in Grafton. She also enjoyed taking care of the flowers around the house and spending time with her dogs. Most importantly she enjoyed spending time with her loving family and many friends. Deborah is survived by her husband Marc; children: Brandon (Christy) Heffner and Honor Heffner; grandchildren Hawk and Brock; sister Penny (Patrick) Johnson. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Memorial service at Mueller Funeral Home 979 N. Green Bay Rd. Grafton on Thursday, Sept. 18 – 4:00 PM. Family will receive friends on Thursday from 2:00 PM – 3:45 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials of your choice appreciated.
