Dave L Hoffmann Sr

Dave L. Hoffmann Sr. of Grafton, died unexpectedly at his property up north on March 12, 2016 at the age of 72. Dave was born on April 24, 1943 the son of the late Roman W. and Anita E. (Nee Hilty) Hoffmann. Dave was united in marriage to Sandy (Nee Rathke) on March 17, 1962 at First Immanuel Lutheran Church in Cedarburg. Dave was the former owner of Louis C. Hoffmann Excavating. Dave was an honorary member of the Grafton Fire Department and former member of the Cedarburg Fire Department, Cedarburg Ambulance and Monticello Sno-Mobile Club. Dave enjoyed bowling, golfing, softball, the outdoors and going up north. Dave is survived by his wife Sandy; Children: Dave Hoffmann Jr., Dan (Carol) Hoffmann and Denise (Joe) Laszkiewicz; grandchildren: Nicholas, Kyle, Aaron, Danial, Holly, Thomas, Bailee and Jakob. Dave is further survived by other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at First Immanuel Lutheran Church in Cedarburg. Rev. Randolph Raasch will be officiating. Interment will be at Immanuel Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church on Thursday from 9:30 AM – 11:45 AM.
