Claude R. Ouvrard

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2010 3:00 PM at Advent Lutheran Church for Claude Rene Ouvrard, who left us far too soon on January 15, 2010, after a courageous battle with brain cancer at the age of 62 yrs. Family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 1:00 PM until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society appreciated. Claude was born in LaRochelle, France on May 6, 1947 to Eliane (nee Droaux) and the late Rene J. Ouvrard. Claude was united in marriage to Nancy (nee Cosma) on December 4, 1982 in Chicago, IL. Claude was a commercial airlines pilot for 32 years most recently with Northwest Airlines. After retiring from the airlines Claude started Catch Five Charters which operated out of Baileys Harbor in Door County. Claude is survived by his wife Nancy; children Danielle, Alissa, Michael and Suzie; grandchildren Graham, Elliott, Christian and Katherine; mother Eliane; brother Philippe; as well with many other relatives and friends.
