Carl W. H. Jaeger

JAEGER, CARL W. H. Of Mequon, died on March 7, 2006 at Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital in Mequon at the age of 88. Carl was born on October 11, 1917, in What Cheer, Iowa, son of the late Reverend William and the late Anna nee Koehn Jaeger. He graduated from Cedarburg High School and worked as a quality control supervisor at Mercury Marine in Cedarburg. He was an avid fisherman, and also enjoyed hunting and bowling. He was a member of First Immanuel Lutheran Church in Cedarburg. Survivors include: wife Vera, son James Kandis Elliot Jaeger; stepdaughter Annette Tim Quill and their daughter Katie Quill; sisters Erna Bob Stecker, Viola the late Harvey Maas, Ruth Allen Krueger, Eunice Glen Frank, and Darlene Bob Ladwig. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Carl was preceded in death by his first wife Irene nee Fick, brothers, Martin, Paul and William infant and sisters Anita Krause, Selma Groth, Hildegard Viesselmann, and Helen Jaeger. Funeral service Monday, March 13, 2006 12 Noon at First Immanuel Lutheran Church W67 N622 Evergreen Blvd.Cedarburg. Interment Zur Ruhe Cemetery. In state Monday, at the church, 11AM until time of service.
